I've noticed a theme with Kuroo ever since the copyright on the original comic. He tends to go through a good many pages of this idea, before suddenly shifting to different character designs and starting over. Started with Pokèmon, came to this, now we've moved onto Palworld... (I believe there was one other before this one, even)
