As my life circumstances, & the intensity of the work I’ve been doing for Science Femme, have evolved, I’ve realized I may need to change my tiers a bit 🥺 I would like your input before I make any big changes, though, because y’all mean so, so much to me, and I’d like your consent before proceeding with anything.

RATIONALE:

I think I need to make the barrier to entry for seeing my lingerie modeling shots, higher, for the sake of avoiding trolls & misogynists. The production cost to get photographers is also going to change soon— I am about to start paying more for the photography I post bi-weekly. I also am back to living alone with no mans 🤦‍♂️offsetting my expenses (even as little as he used to offset them 😂😂) — & will need to make sure I don’t fall behind financially as a result of that. I’m also finding myself needing to prioritize my safety by taking ubers more frequently 💸 instead of the subway, after being harassed and followed far too many times. AND, self-employment taxes. lol. I don’t have an LLC or C-corp yet…… ANYWAY, that’s my life. Hope you enjoyed the tour 🤣

CONCLUSION:

This would mean I would be cancelling my $3 tier, & merging its benefits with my $10 tier. So, $5 tier is SFW and science-only, $10 is lingerie & personal life/ BTS + science, & $30 tier is all of the above + the extra spice.

I never want anyone to make financially irresponsible decisions for my sake. So, let me know:

The 30 is fine with me. But you understand your audience and the demographics better. And remember you are an intelligent smart and wise academic, so you probably have the best sense of what's good for your content and how to balance it with your IRL life more than any other human would know. . Do what you have to do to keep the right wing trolls, Swerf and Terf, Redpills, Muskrats, Incels, Magas, and Sleepers out.

Your proposal and reasoning is fair. Avoiding trolls there is no true way. You will still get some at higher prices but the increase will help lower how many. I will make a suggestion of keeping your lowest tier just have no benefit to it. You will find that some people will pick this tier just because they enjoy your insta post and want to help support you for nothing in return.

I'm already in the $10 tier so obviously think the price is fair. I'll have to register for Venmo to help more unless you have a paypal addy too. Rando thought: would you be interested in a marketing thing like Google keyword advertising? That might be a fun project for some of your followers here to donate to and see how the results go (plus I suspect you have some SEO experts in the community to give advice on the campaign!). I think the changes are reasonable but hell the combination of your sexy body, beautiful face, incredible brain, wonderful personality and the amount of sheer hardwork you put into your content makes it worth paying the full price and beyond. Although, I think you're worth so much more than a dollar amount. You are literally one of a kind.

SFW should just be free and on YouTube/Instagram with adds/upsell. 😶 Free tiers are easy to try out and recommend to others... With higher monthly charges subscriptions become a one-off thing and/or a region limited whale milking fest.
