Gig-economy companies in Sweden (I think this was one was Wolt?) were recently taken to court and determined that they are not allowed to skirt employment laws and have to take responsibility for their employees' safety and stuff and they were like "We're really sad and dissapointed that the courts ruled this way. We really hoped that they could see it from our point of view and make the right decision" like Fuck Off lmao "BOO HOO so unfair that we have to follow the same laws as everyone else! My stupid company can't survive if I'm not allowed to exploit my workers EVEN MORE than normal!"

I don’t think there will be Mr Beast adults in the Disney adult way (meaning, adults who watch old Mr Beast videos all the time) but I think there will be an even worse version- adults who watched only YouTube videos instead of actual movies and tv and therefore have no meaningful cultural touchstones or taste in anything as adults, no good media to pass down to their children, nothing. Like Mr Beast himself.
