I wanted to make spooky chapter art with photoshop techniques, but looking at it now it kinda don't like it. I may or may not remake it to something else

Worth the shot at least. More knowledge on what to try, not to try, and improve. Something about 'sudden one off edited photography' sets a really interesting mood in things. It kinda suits the start of Joker's rampage in a way, IMHO.
