So, what is the reason behind why he can't create another Star dragon, again? Is it a matter of inspiration? Or duplicates not being possible? Or that he doesn't have enough blood to create another that would be as "fearsome" as the councillors call it? I think I got lost on the reasoning @w@ Ooo!!! He should do a wolverine!!! OwO✨

No prob, it's a little confusing! XD He is in the middle of recreating the star dragon, it's part of why he's giving so much blood ^^ But the council wants to prepare for war, so, they want more creatures and they are expecting them to be on the dragons level in case the person who stole the design can make something as powerful or even more so than the dragon!
