Another before and after image. 2019 vs 2017 . The old one makes me cringe, but also makes me happy because I can see the improvement after months and months of practice and non-stop drawing ❤️The 2017 version was drawn when I was fresh out of a 10-year long hiatus from art. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing at that time and I was just winging everything (I'm still winging everything, but I'm more experienced with winging things now).  So even though it's wonky, I'm not ashamed at all 🤓For those who are wondering what the difference is - my style is pretty realistic as far as manga-styled art goes. So the old one, when compared to a well-proportioned human face, is really off (and that is totally fine, no shame there).
