I love all the changes made to the story, it really adds some depth to it. Also, I see some things being set up that makes me wonder how it will play out, how much different it will be from the original. I see it as the difference between a 2h movie and a 24-episodes mini series.

I like the 0-100 face smash. Truly it sets up what Tora has become in this world and what kind of world this is. Most Webtoons are not this dark and gritty in this genre but I love that you are taking it there. And the color choices just add to the aesthetic

Episode 4!! Now I know we were all damn glad when Tora beat that guy into pulp. (At least I was). His first assault on them is such an amazing drawing. I feel the strength in Tora and can hear the thump as the guy hits the floor. Wonderful movement and change in color from the light of the country side to the raggedy night lights of the city as Poppy encounters a bit of the mob side of the town and Tora shows off some of his skills, so cold and collected in his movements and facial expression. 💕

Am I the only slo-mo that only JUST GOT THE JOKE for Ares St? Just me? Okay. This chapter was a great shift in tone from the previous! Away from her carefree days. And the Tora scene really added the pa-POW. Your pacing has gotten so. On. Point. It’s really just excellent.

I really love how you try to convey emotions of a scene. With bright shining atmospheres to show the warmth. While darker tones create a dark/menacing or fearful undercurrent to the tone. I love the extra backstory btw. I can tell you really worked on the world building during the time MPL was first launched on discovery. It was cute and adorable 😍 but I am absolutely loving the deeper darker details. Thank you for taking the time you needed to give this story extra life and beauty. Please keep working at it Lilydusk. It’s already noticeable how much you have improved not only as an artist but also as a story teller. The way the characters move through the story feels smoother and I’m very intrigued on how everything and everyone will connect. Okay so I commented on the episode 1 post about this, but it's more relevant here. In this episode, when there is the panel of Tora's hand grabbing the guy's face and then he slams him down... yeah. 🙃 I have never enjoyed violence, I am so soft irl, but for some reason now I have a weird obsession with Tora's hands and his strength. Sorry for being a weirdo, have a nice day everyone lol

Oof, the whole episode is a gem. I am happy that each episode is so much longer and so much more is happpening in the episodes now. The time in the police station - it’s a great improvement- reflects well how law enforcement is struggling to keep up with the dirt in the city. More of the scene set, done really well. The power smash Tora does to that guy in the panel second from last. yes we all feel the he is overpowering. I’m puzzled by the last panel. He looks very handsome as if gazing at a lover, is he supposed to look detached?

There is something about how Poppy is holding that cookie that makes me think it’s a pecan sandie because I can feel the crisp texture in my mind. She’s so tiny and delicate in comparison to the images of Tora, especially when he’s pushing down that guy’s head. I get goosebumps thinking about him holding her hand!! This whole episode was so good and I truly loved this version of the police station scene as it was more realistic of a big city precinct as opposed to the original, which reminded me more of something outta Twin Peaks lol. (Although the Inspector Lane’s kids were super cute!) I’m just now catching up on all the comments from each of the chapter posts here and it’s so fun reading everyone’s impressions! ❤️❤️

There were quite interesting changes to the story line!! I think before we didn't knew why he was so attached to the boy that "disappeared"? The art: stunning 😁 and that woman with Tora??? 😱
