Why would anyone think this would be with Quincey? I love Quincey but... Poppy and Tora have that chemistry and have had it for a while. Tora is growing with emotions because of Poppy. He smiles more and seems happy when she is around. He was kind of forced into his position to begin with. But Quincey adores him also and knows he has a thing for Poppy. If he ever has a chance of being free from Balthuman Org... I think Quincey would be the one to set him free even if he has to fake his death.
