ANNOUNCEMENT | CLOSSED COMMS (Patreon)

SUMMARY

For Patreons above Viewers tier (more than $4): NOTHING CHANGES. Pending work won’t be lost, you can keep requesting what you’ve already paid for once the backlog is cleared.

For Viewers: nothing changes.(This only affects people who aren’t members yet, since new commissions are closed).COMPLETE ANNOUNCEMENT:The following tiers will cease to exist starting December 31st:

VIEWERS - 62.5% OFF

VIEWERS - wGIFT

Reason: They didn’t work as expected. Especially “VIEWERS - wGIFT ”, which was meant for people to request a few monthly images, but nobody ever did, and it was only 1 cent cheaper than the regular tier. I checked my commission notebook and realized I have a huge backlog XD. I knew I had a lot, but those tiers were created over a year ago and the style has changed: comics have become much more complex. What used to be one image per page can now be 5+ in very elaborate comics. This shouldn’t happen and it’s taking me way too much time and effort (many more images and details that weren’t planned before) for the same old price. That’s why I’m doing a big overhaul next year:

For now, commissions are closed to new members.

Current commission-tier Patreons can keep requesting and those with pending work too, but no new members will be accepted into commission tiers until I can guarantee reasonable delivery times again (many of you know they’re currently too long).

The tiers will still exist, but new people won’t be able to join them.

I’ll create new, much simpler tiers.

I’ll revamp the monthly poll to make it more dynamic (not many people participate).

I’ll simplify the Mega system.

The 2024 material link will no longer be updated, but you can ask me for it if you need it.

JUST IN CASE:Anyone who has already paid anything (any tier, already paid, meaning anyone who can see this) is not affected at all, don’t worry. It might only affect VIEWERS - 62.5% OFF and VIEWERS - wGIFT if they don’t cancel their subscription before December 31st. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a DM, but I’ll tell you right now that everything will continue as normal. Commissions are only closed to new members (people who aren’t subscribed yet owo).
