Very very funny fact about the episode High Score; yes, GBF is a parody of Billy Mitchell who in fact saw the episode and sued Cartoon Network for defamation to which he ended up losing the lawsuit.

So yes, in fact, Garret Bobby Ferguson is based on Billy Mitchell, this episode upset him so much that he tried to sue Cartoon Network in 2015 for using his likeness. But the case didn't go through based on the fact that Billy Mitchell is not a giant floating head that exploded into brain goo XD
