Glad you made it through Thriller Bark! While it's not outright bad - there's a lot to love about it - it's definitely a step down from Water 7/Enies Lobby, and I always worry about the show losing people here.

Honestly can't understand why.... The only valid reasons i can think for people not liking TB is the whole Absalom sub-plot and the pacing issues. But the pacing issue is a staple in One Piece, something the anime just cannot avoid because otherwise it would catch-up to the manga... Which leaves the Absalom sub-plot as the only deal-breaker (which is fair), but other than that... the arc is just Fun all the way through. Not every Arc has to be a Masterpiece of writing like Water 7.

Yes, the music playing during the Risky's Brother's "cool moment" was Sanji's theme, because they were imitating Sanji xdd. "I don't" actually Mikey... you do. The "Bink's Booze" song was present in the Live Action, it was playing in the flashback scene where Shanks is sewing Luffy's cheek after he stabbed himself below the eye. Oh boy here we go.... let me get my tissues......

Yeah, I really like this arc as well. I'd even call it one of my favorites. Granted, the horror theme is a huge part of the reason why, but it has a lot of cool characters and moments too, Brook especially.

Hey y'all don't have to sell me on this arc - it's a rare W for us Chopper and Usopp fans. But the general consensus is negative and I understand the complaints. A LOT of people tell me it's in their bottom 3 for the series and I can't really argue with them.
