Im so thrilled you started this series so quickly! The magic system itself is why I said it has Owl House vibes. Its like the glyph system if they actually had time to explore it. Can't wait to see your reaction to the next several episodes

Also the manga begin releasing in 2016 and has over 90 chapters at this point. So far in the anime episodes seem to be roughly 1 chapter an episode so there is plenty of content to adapt. The question is how long will it take to produce a second season of this quality lol

So I had to watch this a little sooner than expected. But ended up binging the first 5 episodes. I was also hooked from the first few minutes. And thank you! I was trying to think of what else this art style at the start reminded me of and it was Howl's Moving Castle. Its been such a fun watch so far. And with this show joining Wistoria and "Slime" in shows I am watching its a great weekly rotation for fantasy anime.
