Eve

Bojack Horseman on generational trauma is absolutely amazing.

Melodee Melodies

Hmmm, so when human actors play animal characters and put the suit on, would that be considered their version of black face. 🤔

JimJam

This is one of the best episodes of the show and it's not even the best episode of the season. "Why, I have half a mind..." ... chills, every time. I think the Sugarman house being in Harper's Landing is significant if you remember back to season 1 when Bojack was imagining what a life with Penny could have been, he fantasized they had a daughter named Harper. Beatrice's mother is voiced by Jane Krakowski (30 Rock), her father by Matthew Broderick, Crackerjack by Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Eddie by Colman Domingo.

Steelburgh

Definitely. This season has at least four episodes that could legit be considered masterpieces. This is the first. As amazing as seasons 5 and 6 are, season 4 is my favorite season. And Joseph Sugarman is one of the worst villains ever to grace the screen (he's finished season 4 already so I'm not spoiling anything, I don't think). Matthew Broderick is a brilliant voice actor.
