Ah-Lie-Rah and Tet-Tia. The rest you were pretty spot on. Something I do when I'm not sure on how names are supposed to sound is switch it to English dub and give it a listen. While you can have any opinion dubs you want and some are objectively bad, I've never encountered one butchering name pronunciation.
