This is just curiosity really, but which of my series would you be most interesting in seeing more of?

I am definitely making more Salad Fingers, The News Hasn't Happened, and Sock (or at least something like Sock) so I have left those out.

Comments

Hawk Vercetti

BURNT FACE MAN!! :D Also. More Salad Fingers?! My year has been made 😍

Richard Jarrett

ETA of the new salad fingers will be my most fave comment

P S

Not Stanley

Samuel Lyon

Black and White cartoons!!!

Jade

So desperate to see more of the Spoilsbury Toastboy world!

Troy Thorpe

Burnt Face Man for sure. I always liked that series the most.

Scrustle

I like the idea of more Drillbithead or Spoilsbury. Health Reminder is another favourite, but that's still fairly recent. More Waller FM would be cool too. Would be good to see that become a more frequent thing.

Jake Anderson

I'm really happy that you are now able to re-visit these old series'.

Oddysee

I rewatch the Drillbithead series all the time. So good!

Roger Levy

QUICKLY CHILDREN MAKE THE TOAST

Greg Allen

Waller FM has always been my mainstay podcast, absolutely fantastic

Benő András

I also enjoyed the Panathinaikos Bear series :)

davidfirth
>>5385090

I have located the partial remains of the lost episode #2. I need to edit it and fix a couple of bits but that's a start. Plus about 15 unmade scripts. I wouldn't put Panathinaikos Bear out as a paid Patreon release but would probably give it as an extra.

Snekguy

Burnt Face Man is so underrated.

Kurisup

I must have listened to the WallerFM podcasts thousands of times now since the first one in 2008, they still never fail to crack me up. I'd love some more!

davidfirth
>>5384852

BFM most likely will happen, since I have scripts ready and no intention of changing the art style. Stuff like Spoilsbury is more tricky since I want to take the style in new directions.

Anatoly Karman

waller fm is one of the funniest things i've encountered in my whole life

davidfirth
>>5385192

Episode 10 (I think) is mostly recorded but I am only 1/2 of WallerFM. The other half, Christian Webb has a much less flexible schedule. Still we intend to finish it.

Mike Boharsik

Spoilsbury Toast Boy. The reality it exists in is so creepy and mysterious. I'd never want the entirety of the situation the characters find themselves in fully explained, but I love visiting that world now and again. Could always do with more fake radio shows as well.

Yum Mun

Burnt face man!!!

Roger Levy

I EXPECT EVERY SINGLE THING YOU MAKE TO EMBODY EVERYTHING THAT WAS GREAT ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU'VE EVER MADE IN THE PAST

Wiehann Matthysen

Burnt face man, or slightly bruised man if you prefer :)

Phat94

Burnt Face Man is so different to everything else you do, I would love to see more!

Joseph Woolnough

'Health Reminder'. They're probably my personal favourites of all the Firth animations.

Sam Findlay
>>5385242

I agree, Spoilsbury Toast Boy was so dark and surreal, would love to see more.

DaveHz

the news haven't happened yet. I believe there was an episode 2 at one time. But i must just be remembering it wrong. *Actually reads the description* nvm XD

August Hallgren

Hey, make a kickstarter for salad fingers. Steele got 200.000$ for 1 more episode of Charlie the unicorn.

Crotchy Donkles

I feel like Waller is getting the short stick being a podcast and not a toon.

Chillbit

"Not Stanley" is some of my favorite stuff of yours, would love to see that come back.

Marcus Cross

Health Reminder, Waller FM, Jerry Jackson

Demetri Realmuto

I'm down for more of any of these. Wish I could vote for more than one

Alan Behul

spoilsbury toast boy - so many ways the story can unravel!

Rotten angel

For me it's Health reminder and spoilsbury toast boy. I'm happy to know that you are going to make a new one again! :-)

Delamortes

Drillbithead or A Black And White Cartoon About...., in my opinion.

Ryan Marchand

I'd like to see more b & w. What has Jonathon been up to? Is he retired or working? What projects is he doing around the house these days?

Edward Ream

I love all of these, but I would have to pick health reminder if only one. Drillbithead and black and white are close seconds.

James Reed

I enjoy how much black and white cartoon fucks with my head

Peter Rogers

Excited to see more of the Sock series

Simon Goodban

Just fuck me up David, that's all I ask <3

Ash Tulett

Burnt Face Man was incredible, so many brilliant characters and I feel like now more than ever we need him to return to wipe up the global crime shits all over our streets.

NonBritGit

I like mine butter side down.

davidfirth
>>5385685

"Grand Finale" though. Half hour episode. That is quite a big investment of time. I don't intend to make anything that long on my own. I'm back into the idea of short stuff.

Dan Morrow

✔️ All of the above

Stefan Kent

I really loved the universe in Spoilsbury Toast Boy. It's stuck with me for years and has a much greater impact on me than Salad fingers ever did. It's usually the first thing I show people when introducing them to your work. Spoilsbury is pretty underrated and I would love to see where you can evolve it.

SirBittle

I've always loved Health Reminder and for better or worse I've pretty much memorized the whole first one.Any trouble with wasps under your armpits? Hm. Not that you know of. Let's face it...

Seth Johnson

I'd love to see stuff like BFM, but regular Waller FMs would be great since those likely don't take as long.

Scott Grant

Whatever happened to Jim and Dane? I can't think of that song Blue without thinking of Dane. More Jim's Story, please!

Will Davenport

Drillbit, Waller Fm, spoilsbury, pure gold

OhhMyyy

Oh hair there

Veronica Maund

Health Reminder is one of my favorite videos on the internet. Would love to see more!!

Nhoj

Man it's so hard to choose. I find your WallerFM skits hilarious, the Health Reminders are also really funny, but I've also been wanting to see more of your disturbing stuff like Spoilsbury and Black and White Cartoon..

Ylva Dirksen

I really loved the Black and White Cartoons, they're my favourite. But the Health Reminder series is great as well

Ben McGorrigan

Health reminder is very funny and pleasing but also rings true in a weird way. It does capture how it feels to be ill and undiagnosed and to interact with doctors.

Ben McGorrigan

WallerFM should never end. It is hilarious and unpredictablr like the Goon Show.

sherekahnn

A follow up/sequel to the black and white cartoon about berries could be great

merro

Pulch: the good times has always been a favourite of mine. That dreamy setting and vague themes gives it a pretty unique feel. Maybe some of the characters or the Pulch itself could return in a sock episode or something?

MagikGimp

POP LARKIN! says no-one except the old fan who annoyed Crust at a Cardiff gig...

Nathaniel McMahon

I know I'm in the minority here, but I thought Drillbithead waste of the most clever and entertaining series in animation . Though I noticed that it didn't garner the attention of other series. I also really loved Not Stanley, which didn't make the list.

Roman Williams

More stuff like The Milkman, Valentines Day, Video Dating please

Suncastle

I voted for a Black and White cartoon because I think it's one of the finest things you've done mood-wise but I'd honestly be happy to see any of these continue.

davidfirth
>>5395026

might be less popular because it was not on my Youtube channel. I actually didn't really enjoy making them in the end. But that might have been the time restraints I was under. Still it was a good place to put silly, more innocent, light ideas.

Essie Wood

I know you left this series at a high point, but I really love the sock series. It is soooo stunning in its visuals and overall, I think, one of your best series ever.

Elisabeth Karroll

Health Reminders always had a special place my their heart. They really absorbs one into the mood

Sort of Scorpion

I love just about all of your series but the Black and White cartoons left a lasting impression. Jonathan is a mysterious and tragic character and it would be very interesting to look deeper into his past.

Essie Wood

Not Stanley. That one is good

ThrillHow

Voting for Black & White and Spoilsbury because I love the dark vibes, and Other for more Locust Toybox!

Trey Briggs

I second the vote for Not Stanley.

Joshua David

I love all of your series. WALLER FM in an unsung hero in my opinion. I don't think anything has made me laugh more than some of the random sketches you've done on there. But whatever you choose to do David, I know the quality will be high and the writing and humour will be fantastic as always. I loves Cream, honestly really fantastic. I hope YouTube enjoys it when it's released (if it hasn't been already)

GDWKrun

Someday I'll get a new Waller FM, easily your best work. An hour or so of absolute genuine hilarity, every single time.

Deborah Casteel

NOT STANLEY!! Not Stanley is hilarious. Spoilsbury and health Reminders 5 stars, I vote for all.

Erik

NOT STANLEY. Those were fun. And, Cream is really cool.

Devin Valentine

Waller FM is what I live and breathe and die for

Pizza Margherita

+1 for Not Stanley. Possibly the best, followed by Jerry Jackson and Burnt Face Man

asobi

Seconded for NOT STANLEY. Though really, I'm happy with all the content you make, anything new from you is always great!

Christian J

Stuff that's dialogue focussed (because they come out quicker and you're a sharp writer) but not lacking some visual element. Jerry Jackson, Practising Pat, New Hasn't Happened, etc. hit a sweet spot for me.

Mikey

will there ever be a cream 2? or was it just a one off?

James

Such a hard pick. Loved burnt toast man but had to go with Spoilsbury toast boy. am stoked to hear there will be more salad fingers!

Squiggly Fudgeblumpkin

I don't know if it counted more than one, but since they're check-boxes, I clicked Turd-Gay Man, Jerry Jackson, Health Reminder, and Other: I'd love to see more like The Pulch.

Mikey

MEADOW MAN!

Ty Linegar

Spoilsbury Toast Boy! Something barely remembered from dark dreams. Hits deep in the SubC. Would love to see more.

Emma Lowe

I want to know more about Rockhead Rumple.

Sarah Franklin

Health Reminder was always my fave. See a giant number 3 shouting at kids? Sounds like you've been smoking too much ganja mate!

Sarah Franklin

I also would be partial to another episode of Pulch: The Good Times if that was an option 😂

Taylor Pinkham

Salad Fingers 10 is already three years old? Boy how the time flies!

rob hill

Would love to see a sock six. Sock five is my favourite piece of work for you to date.

MXLCHZ

I think your work is a chaotic universe .

MXLCHZ

All the characters are part of the same world.

MXLCHZ

If you trust your vision, you don't have to choose between your series.

MXLCHZ

You've got only one.

qpdal

I wanted more of Spoilsbury toast boy since the day I discovered your vids.

Ryan Hagenburg

WallerFM is my all time favorite podcast, i love the bit with the girl who has a phobia of urinating hahahahaaha pure gold.

Ryan Hagenburg

Pulch the good times was one of my favorites, also am a huge fan of Black And White Cartoon about roof tiling and berries.

HappyHoneymoonSasha

I'm dying to know what happened to the Pulch and the long-term effects of Luxembourg's passing.

Connor Swenke

OTHER: I know its tedious, but I liked Crooked Rot very much, so I would like to see more of your stop-motion stuff. Its a ton of fun.

Connor Swenke

Or I'd Like To Be. Don't know how I missed that one.

Hilary

I love your stop motion and would love to see more even though I understand how time consuming the process it

Ian Cheeseman

this almost seems creatively hindering, I feel whatever comes next should be whatever comes naturally and you're most invested in yourself Been watching following you for 12 years and feel you're truly "coming into your own." Don't let this intake of money make you feel forced to create.

davidfirth
>>7332775

Don't worry I have never succumb to the pressure of others for anything. Like I said up there "This is just curiosity really". I have plans to continue all of them, and start some new stuff too. I'm just curious what people would be excited to see more of.

Ian Cheeseman
>>7332775

Glad to hear! Also very glad, yet surprised to hear back from you, not only so soon but at all!

Ian Cheeseman
>>7332775

But, since my thoughts are being heard, I wouldn't mind seeing you go back to other types of animation. You have been doing the "Not Stanley," "Cream," and "Sock 5," animation for a bit. Anyway, just some input!

Austin Conant

Gotta make a new black and white cartoon lol they’re just so unique
