Sparky Sparky Boom Woman has taken the stage, and I am here for it!!! The villains keep getting so much cooler, and I honestly feel like I'm starting to root for them 😂 At least Korra's side of things is going well, and the Air Nation's rebirth finally has its starting point!

Hey Ben, fun watch as always! The Earth Queen really is the worst. How King Kuei, an idiot but deeply compassionate man, sired such an awful successor, ill never know- i guess the story demands it. I've always thought dismantling the Dai Le would have been a priority for Aang, but I suppose a city this entrenched in ethno-state nationalism takes a few Avatars to fix. See you next Saturday!

I can’t believe how far the apple fell from the tree with this Queen, at least with the old Ba Sing Se I could image that the city was the way it was since the Earth King had no idea what was happening, but now the ruler is willingly keeping it this way which is just shocking, especially since Aang experienced the entire thing and never managed to change it. The Dai Le are just the perfect way to show off how nothing’s changed here which is so disappointing, they could have such a potential for good since their original purpose was to protect the city and culture but sadly Aang seems to have left this city completely alone. Hopefully Korra can pick up where Aang failed here so she can actually finally free this city from the people in power.
