Such an awesome start to the season! So much information got thrown at me but I already love what's being set up, Kuvira is giving off so many Ozai vibes but I'm really enjoying how much of a toll the last season seemed to take on Korra, can't wait to see how she can pull through it!

Prince Wu is just cringe + naive. A bit like the former earth king.

The subtle details with Kuvira's outfit are an incredible insight to her world view. She wears gloves- a choice that would otherwise seem to hamper her bending. She refuses to touch the very thing she bends. An Iron Fist 'neath a Velvet Glove. A lot more I want to say, but I'll save that for another day.

Oh that’s such an insane level of detail and I hadn’t noticed!! An Earth/Metal bender who actually refuses to touch what they bend. She’s basically a clean freak or perfectionist, as obviously the dirt would make her dirty and to her, everything,g including her uniform, must be in order. I can’t wait to find out more about her but so far, she feels like a terrific villain! She seems so layered and interesting and like someone fairly normal compared to the other villains we’ve seen.
