Everything's coming together, and I couldn't be more excited. What happens next all depends on what happened with that fake Death Note, and I think Near has a pretty good chance of figuring it out but Light finally revealing himself like this was both terrifying and satisfying!

I am so freaking excited for you to get to the finale. I remember watching this when I was a teenager and my mind being blown. I regularly we watch this show, sometimes watching along side people watching for the first time, so this reaction series is simply amazing. Your reactions and attempts to solve the mysteries, reminds me so much of myself when watching. Also this has to be both the best and most devious of cliffhangers ever in fiction. The literal crutch of the story its conclusion hangs on what happens after those forty seconds and the case is made that Light Has Won, but you can only find out by tuning into the next episode. I sincerely am super hyped for that next episode reaction and really will enjoy hearing what you have to say about the series. Not only immediately but also down the line, especially if you end up reading the Manga. But it took me a while to get the series after a second watch after a few months but still will say easily my favorite anime for me. But yeah until the finale, which now I'm on the edge of my seat waiting!!! Edit: Wrote this right as the episode ended before you broke it down and stuff, but still stand by I'm super hyped for your reaction to the finale! Let's freaking go!!!

This show has just been so much fun to watch and to try and think about how this could all end up! Feels so weird that’s it’s finally coming to an end but the way this episode ended was just monstrous 😂 The build up was really amazing only for the classic, ‘find out what happens in the next episode’ but it certainly made me very excited to get into the next one, so much hype has been built and I just can’t wait to find out if Light will lose, and how Near might managed to pull off a victory! After all this I’m certainly interested in reading the Manga, I’ve heard that some things are quite different especially in the second half of the show where Mello and Near are concerned so I definitely want to find out about their original story!
