Oh boy, this finale was just something else! Jinx fully chosing this side of herself was such an awesome scene, but it feels like the rift between her and Vi is only growing, just like Piltover and the Undercity, especially after what Jinx just did...

now that you've seen episode 9 and how Silco's arc concluded, I'd like to remind you of something you said back in episode four. Jinx was just showing Silco the gemstone she stole and hugged him. You pointed out the way Silco kept looking back and forth between the gemstone and Jinx, but it landed on her. And you wondered if that was a foreshadowing for a conflict for Silco between power and his daughter. I was very impressed, because you basically predicted the main conflict of the finale there.

Another thing: it is especially heartbreaking to me, how much strength Vi can draw from picturing Vander in her head, but how harmful it is for Jinx to do the same thing. For Vi he is this warm, inspirational figure, but for Jinx he is a monster made out of scribbles. The difference is striking and of course Vi doesn't realize how much she is hurting her sister by putting those pictures in her head

I actually completely forgot about that scene 😂 it’s so incredible how this story has been told where it’s has these moments of foreshadowing that can be so easily overlooked yet so clearly hint to the overarching themes.

Oh absolutely this! The contrast in watching these two and how they respond to the people in their heads is so heartbreaking. It’s amazing to see Vi gain strength from Vander in this way but also just not fair how much Jinx suffers from the voices she’s cursed with. Thinking about it all makes the final scene hurt so much where Vi is trying to remind Jinx of all these people to try and bring her over to her side yet it’s having the complete opposite effect, proving how Vi simply doesn’t understand her at all.
