Discord Integration Problems (Patreon)

Soooo, I'm not exactly sure how I messed this up, but apparently multiple people have been added to or kicked from my Discord server, and it may be because I set things up wrong somehow.  This is not a new problem, but it's happened often enough that I wanted to make a post about it.

First off, my apologies!  Getting auto-added to a server you don't want to be in is kind of gross, and it is in no way my intention to make that happen.  And being randomly kicked from a server is pretty bad too!

Secondly, I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it, but if anyone out there knows about this kind of thing, I'd be happy to hear your input on it.
