This is such a cool scenario for a TF ^^ ! I'd have two different ideas. 1) For a humiliating TF: a bride and a groom; she gets turned into a stallion, while he gets turned into a cow (maybe they weren't the right match). 2) For a willing TF: a lesbian couple; one of them turns into a dog, while the other turns into a wolf, with a more romantic atmosphere.

I second this, specifically making the Bride Godzilla and the Groom Mothra.

The groom transforms into a female cow and the bride a male bull depending on length could show their vows forgotten as they give in to their new urges to the shock of the audience. Could alternatively have them both transforming into cows and maybe someone who maybe didn't like the couple brings in a bull for them hoping to make them become nothing more than dairy cows. Another option is they transform into animals of different species from one another and the opposite gender like male to female horse/cow/pig and the bride becoming the male option of what wasn't chosen for the groom and they are made to choose between their love for each other or giving into their desires of getting with a more appropriate partner for their new bodies as the opposite gender of the animals they are get brought in. Though either of these options can just consist of them transforming and shortened if this is all too long and depends on the type of piece you are making.

How about duel tftg? The groom becomes a bride and the bride a groom. Throw in some pokemon tf because why not? Alola vulpix for the new bride and kanto vulpix for the new groom.

Big animal and small animal. Bride becomes something like a bear or horse, ruining her dress. The groom shrinks down into a rabbit or rat. Size dynamics are always fun, and so are tgs. ;)
