Hi ya all,3 months of non-stop work and insanity breaking bugs.We are finally here, I present you Tales of Mystra - Echoes of Enigma (V0.1)

It's a going to be a long running RPG.You can read up on mechanics here if you haven't. (Tales of Mystra by Orachi (itch.io))Now I won't keep yapping and just give you download link!( Link )One thing to note! you can find the password in the membership tab and welcome notes.

They are found in the plains at night. keep your eye out for treasure chests. (night time is after: 20 and before 06:00

Found 3 boses in act one game looks fun but i had no idea that after 3-4 hour of exploring and doing random quests i got outscaled by raksha and the fight feels unbeatable. Do I have to beat raksha early? Or is act one finished through something else? Did i miss something?

a little suggestion, the group dialog at the beginning of the game, its very confusing who is speaking with so many new characters. maybe add some indication? such as moving the image of the speaker forward?

Fun so far, but getting soft locked in a fight where the enemy constantly casts swell has been pretty annoying so far

Having fun with what i have played so far. A minor issue i have seen is that some of the recruits seem to be the wrong one in a fight with bats/banshee in the plains a chameleon appeared after the battle, and one of the cultists had a different cultist appear after battle.

I still Can't download the game. Itch gives me "There was an error with your request" every time. I have no idea if this Patreon's or Itch's fault. I read on a Itch forum post that this could be cuz I don't pay in USD. other than that, I have no idea. any help would be great.

It's 100% on itch io side, from what I looked up. Though they should have fixed it after a email from what I am reading on their forums. perhaps try that

Next update, I will add a explanation how to save. You can save only in a inn (in any populated village) or using a camping kit you can find around the world. (I gave you one for free at the start)

Question is Act 1 the only Act that's available or is Act 2 actually in? Because I just beat Act 1 and was curious if Act 2 is available? Other than that I'm HYPE AF for what is to come.

There are like 5 sprites walking around in the same map as the water forest, upon defeating the monster interact to the corpse and bring them back. Also it's not main quest it's side quest.

I am in the same boat. I increased my membership to the $6 tier the day the game was released and am getting the same error. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting my patreon account with itchio but no dice. Have a bug report in with itchio but haven't received a response back yet

So... I think that some Quests should be more guided tbh, for example I can't find the Rooster (no idea where should I go) neither the Snow Leopard Girl (even tho I made all the way near the Coast) or where should I search the Miku (no idea) And why does the Merchant do not sell any Mana Potion?

So first and foremost I wanna say you made something really amazing, like for an adult game this shit slaps. The level design looks great, the map is extremely well done and I love the fast travel. The combat is a huge step up from Growth Gambit, only thing I might tweak there is make it a little more obvious whose turn it is when you're attacking; like just highlight said characters name. As for characters/sprites they're super well done, not sketchy or disturbing looking at all. The girls look great and so do all their stages. As Just Poli mentioned, I think the quests should have a marker or something on the map (maybe even just a hint). Now for the monster girls, I had an idea for them. I've put about 13hours on a save file trying to collect all the monsters (It's just a thing I do in games). Now I've found most of them, but I think it could be a lot smoother of a process. Maybe when you go to upgrade one of the girls at the altar, if you don't have them and click them; maybe you could add a small hint where to find them. Nothing crazy just like, location or scenario. Now for my last question, Where can I find Fox Mother and Fallen Angel, and then how do you recruit Landlord? I was able to find pretty much every other girl (Including all the bosses). So other than those few things (kinda just personal preferences really). You've far exceeded my expectations with this game, like it's genuinely so well done. I'm hoping since you've got a lot of the base mechanics in the game done updates come at a good pace (I just really want more as as soon as possible lol). Of course no need to rush, quality or quantity after all. Anyways, sorry for typing an essay, best of luck to you and have a good one.

Yeah the assay is a small issue, I have dyslexia so it's a bit scuffed to read. anyway landlord you can recruit in her home. While fallen angel is found in the plains and the fox mother found in the Water Forest. Also I won't be hand holding Quest as there is a quest system for that. I will however add a marker to see who has Quest information.

Could you try with Winrar, some extract programs don't understand the passwords

I was able to save using the camping kit and later the inn, but something made it delete all my saves, including what I unlocked in the CG Gallery.

No, all I did was stop playing for a while, and when I came back to it a few hours later, my progress was wiped.

Update: Just tried to make progress again, and saved using the beginning Camping Kit, and I noticed it didn't make an actual save file, aka a saves folder.

There is nothing in game it would remove your save. so it must be external influence.
