From the beginning Sato has been a bit of a perverted dick. But I also feel like he was alway upfront about it, and didn't try to hide that. What I did think he tried (and failed) to hide was that he actually really likes Seki. I never really trusted Kei with my cinnamon bun, and I don't really trust Sato. But I much prefer his upfront assholeness then Kei's manipulative behavior. I honestly feel really bad for Sato right now because Seki is only sleeping with him because he's heartbroken and confused and probably just wants to think of anything else. Of course Sato knows this, but I can't help but feel like he's going to hope for more. Just.. too many damn broken hearts. Also I don't know who I'm supposed to hate anymore and I just want all of them to be happy, but I kind of want Kei to stay miserable forever because he doesn't deserve a third chance. He could have been a supporting father without getting married. UGH. Sorry, I've just had all this bubbling up in me for months and months now and I just needed to spit it out I think.

It's a totally different culture in most Asian countries compared to the west. Being an unmarried mother or an absent father still carries a huge stigma and casts shame on families in some places. Although I do not like what Kei is doing, I respect he feels he has no choice.
