Weekly Friday Update (12/23/16) - Merry Plot Development (Patreon)

this week's update is a followup to last week's with a finalized design of last week's guy. here he is in his natural habitat, commandeering a bunch of punks to give himself eyes all around his domain. just who are these delinquents? what is their fascination with having a constant watch on everything? i know the answers, but you won't- not yet, at least. that'd be a spoiler!
