The Cylons were looking to destroy the detector, head Six (that’s what we call the Six that Gaius sees) does not want that. She has her own motives, as you can see. Boomer also thinks she’s a human. Think of her as a partitioned computer. The Boomer that is in love with Tyrol, doesn’t have access to all of her functions (but she doesn’t know this. She’s Safe Boomer) The Main Boomer is the one that blew the water tanks, she’s the one that has access and can switch a flip to deactivate safe Boomer. One more thing, you said she doesn’t have feelings. So I’m assuming you think that Cylons are JUST machines. Why? Just because life here is created in one way, that shouldn’t exclude a different way of life coming to be. The fact that Cylons became sentient and stopped wanting to be slaves, should be the first clue as to where they stand on emotions and thoughts. At least, that’s how I’ve always thought about it.
