This is definitely where things get serious. However, I like the way they show the story from each character's viewpoint so we get a bit more information each time we go through the same sequence of events.

I really enjoyed this episode. So much excitement and tension. and everyone's acting was terrific too!

Yes deathlok is a comic character and this is the show telling you that he is playing that character. This episode is the start of more intense episodes. Can I request that you watch 16 and 17 in one sitting and possibly double drop them. This episode highlights everyone’s growth so far. Simmons with her acting, Skye more determined, Fitz doing things with his bare hands. May and ward more caring. Coulson more aggressive.
