Troy is played by Aaron Ashmore. You might recognize him from the 3rd season of Fringe! He and his real life twin Shawn Ashmore ( Ice Man from the X men movies) played twin who switched places. One was a bank robber whose brother was caught in amber in the alternate universe! Aaron also played Jimmy Olsen in Smallville!
