New Audio File: "Keep It Simple"! (Patreon)

Hi all! The catch-up is continuing--this is January's audio file, "Keep It Simple", which is intended to train the listener to reduce their intelligence level (speed of thought, vocabulary, concentration) on command. As always, the file itself contains a fuller description of the suggestions and instructions as well as a place to stop if it's not what you're looking for. I hope you enjoy it, and thank you all so much for your kind and generous support!
