Printing Instructions for Digital Coloring Pages (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

A few of you have asked how to transfer the digital coloring page onto real paper. In the attached file, you can read about several ways to do this.

Personally, I take my downloads to a local print shop and bring my own thinner watercolor paper (200g) for them to print on.

I have bought waterproof ink for my printer and print on thin watercolour paper. That works really well x

I got an Epson ET 8500 that prints on wc paper and uses waterproof ink. It’s really been awesome. I’ve printed several out but have only painted one! Looks awesome!

I have a laser jet printer. I have to cut the watercolor paper to 8 1/2 × 11 size and then I am able to print through the feed tray. It works great most of the time. Centering on the page and size is sometimes an issue but it's not a big deal to me.

Can the paper be cold pressed? Or hot pressed is better for the printer?

You should look at the thickness of the paper. 200gsm is good enough. Hold it cold pressed doesn’t matter.
