In this video, we’re diving into The magic of shading, how a shadow can bring even the simplest shapes to life. By imagining where the light source comes from, you’ll see how shading naturally falls on the opposite side of an object, creating depth and form.

To make the lesson more interactive, I’ve included a shadow-free illustration just for you! This way, you can practice adding your own shading, experiment with different light directions, and see how it changes the mood and structure of the drawing.
