Hello everyone,

I love the South of France, with its historic villages and beautiful countryside. I haven’t been there for a while, but this image takes me back to that beautiful place. Have fun with this coloring page featuring a street view in Grimaud!

The colors I used are:

Left wall: Burnt Sienna, Payne’s Grey

Right wall: Yellow Ochre, Cobalt Blue, Burnt Sienna, Payne’s Grey

Pavement: Yellow Ochre and Payne’s Grey

Steps: The same colors, but I added some Azure to the blue.

Have fun coloring!

I just love how clear and clean and transparent your colors remain! So not what I can do (right now). 😩 Do you have any simple tips for keeping everything so bright and clean?

Well if your colors get too muddy and start looking alike you'll have to clean your pallet. Try to use one mix of colors for a singular part of the painting. For example I used Paynes Grey and Yellow Ochre for the street. Then made a new mix of Yellow Ochre, Paynes Grey and Burnt Sienna for the wall on the right. Hope this helps?

Thank you!
