ANNOUNCEMENT: AUTUMN PLANS! (Patreon)

Greetings Patrons, Fans and Fellow Patreon Members!

I am here to make a formal announcement regarding the plans going forward into autumn on this blog for the next 3 months!

First off I hope you enjoyed the Sunday Summer Writing Vlogs! I really enjoyed making a video for you each week! Please take the time to send in your comments, questions (and concerns if applicable) on one or all of the videos! I love getting your feedback and interaction!

I also hope you enjoyed Daughter of Death! That was a project unlike anything I've ever written before and so it was quite a journey for me one that I was glad you were along for! Again I'm always accepting feedback of any kind so send in any reaction(s) you might have!

This brings us into the question:

what's next?

I wish to answer this as frankly and straightforwardly as possible for you the way I see it now (with the declaration that this may not all be set in stone) :)

In complete disclosure about my current situation: I am on the hunt for a new job here outside of Patreon. As such, going forward I need to devote more and more time to searching, applying and interviewing for positions. Therefore I have decided to implement the following for the next three months going into the end of November:

My next "big" project for Patreon, a novel, will be put on hold for release until late November.

There will be no weekly release of a chapter or vlog until the novel debuts

However I would like to keep a bi-weekly post of paid patron-exclusive content (twice a month). Announcements coming soon on what exciting types of content as they will be new to this blog!

One-Shot Wednesdays and WIP Wednesdays will continue as usual!

A new and improved promotional schedule to come for former and future work

Periodic changes to Patron Tiers and their exclusive offers

Another Limited Time Special Offer to be made available!

A lot of consideration went into my decisions leading to the above plans. I feel this schedule will still allow me to provide you all with regular content to enjoy while I am still able to manage my professional goals and obligations outside of Patreon. Truth be told I love Patreon and the interaction I get here! I didn't want to abandon it for months until my plans to release my next novel-length fairytale retelling in November.

I also feel that delaying the release of the novel until late November will give me time to give you the best content release of it. Truth be told Daughter of Death taught me a lot about what I can and cannot manage when it comes to writing, editing and releasing chapters of a novel onto Patreon and I owe it to you and to myself to implement changes so that the next novel will be the best it can be and will be properly scheduled in its release! The name of the novel and the schedule of its release and other exciting details will be released slowly starting in October so keep your ear to the ground for the future announcements!
