One Shot Wednesdays -Erzsébet Dracula's bride (Patreon)

Hullo sorry this was late I got a great request from tumblr that asked for something with Dracula's brides and I wanted to take the time typing it out on a laptop not a phone!... Considering I'm currently tutoring my tutoree in this book I gave this request a go!
Ok so in the original novel (to my remembrance) “The Brides of Dracula” were described as 2 with dark hair one with blonde. The movie Van Helsing shows 1 dark, one redhead and one blonde. So, what if before Aleera (redhead), there was another bride which Dracula replaced with Aleera later on?
Here’s a short one-shot done by speed writing to explore that just a little...
“Erzsébet...” Vladislaus took a deep breath in and smiled, revealing his fangs. “You are so very beautiful...”
She smiled back at him, blood dripping from her mouth, “Am I more beautiful than Verona?”
“Both of your beauties are beyond compare. You are my truest loves; my onyx and obsidian of the night. How can I choose between two precious stones?”
This satisfied The Countess and she licked the blood from her fangs letting out a sigh of pleasure.
Verona may have been Dracula’s first ‘bride’ but Erzsébet was by no means to be reckoned with. Her taste for violence and blood had started long before the Romanian noble had pursued her and made her his own.
She too had been born a noblewoman of her own country and her penchant for evil, despicable deeds done without remorse when she had been born to similar circumstances in the world as he had had indeed attracted Dragulia to her.
Verona was admittedly jealous of the newest bride that was brought to “Castle Dracula” for Verona had not been of such high rank in life as she was now in death. She worried that her husband would eventually grow tired of her with this new vixen at his side.
He did not, however. He fathered just as many children with Verona as he did with Erzsébet. Of course, these children being undead had to lie dormant; hidden away from the world until they could find a way to bring life to death.
Sadly for “The Blood Countess” (as she would be remembered by history) she would never see her undead children have life. She died before Dr. Frankenstein was ever born.
In mourning of her, The Count almost murdered their children out of anger knowing that when they were to live (for even back then he still had hope that one day a solution was to be found), the children would only remind him of the vivacious murderess he had shared more than a century with.
In the end, Vladislaus decided to console himself with his newest bride of several decades, Aleera, and together with the young Marishka made mere decades after Erzsébet there numbered three to share his cold, dark bed. And three they would remain...
