Whatcha Brewin' Britt? -August 25, 2021 (Patreon)

Sooo... I've not made any of these posts in ages -granted I did say Patreon was on hiatus and my heart thing also happened ;D But I want to make another coz I value you patrons and I want to update you outside of the hiatus and figured this would be a more fun post than just one titled 'Update' haha!

***DISCLAIMER: I am not being paid to advertise any of these teas; I'm just a tea lover who likes to share what I love with others.

Brew name: Birthday Cake

Brew Blend: Black tea made with candy (confetti shape), calendula, sunflower, safflower petals, natural flavours (organic compliant).

Brew Brand/Makers: Dollar Tea Club Want free tea from these guys? Use my code and give yourself a discount to get your tea free! My referral code: REFUHQ9XP3XSX

Size of cup: My yellow Belle mug that holds approximately 12-14ml

Thoughts on Brew: I chose this tea because I wanted to finally try it. Wasn't sure when I got it that I'd like a tea tasting like a vanilla cake. But, was surprised when tonight I finally tried it in honour of my friend's bday yesterday! So now I've taken it up to sip whilst editing the novel listed below. It tastes like black tea and the vanilla is subtle and just tastes a lot like the black tea brews I like from DTC and other companies! So, win!

What's Brewin' On the Backburner: A Promise Kept

Tonight I'm working on my novel to edit and add bits to it to enrich it even further. This book was written when I was still in school then self-published in 2012 through Blurb.com and now that I've won Publish & Promote's contest to get a custom marketing plan I'm going to properly publish it in several months' time! I have been having fun actually, enriching it and making setting (especially) clearer. I'm on page 139 of 161 and in the process of editing over the last like 2 and a half months I've brought the word count from about 45 500 to over 47 000 and counting! Funny enough, I thought my novel (for like ever) was about 47 000 words and would often quote that to people... Well now it's the truth hahaha
