***DISCLAIMER: I am not being paid to advertise any of these teas or drinks or brands; I'm just a tea lover who likes to share what I love with others.

So today I'm actually going to just talk about a hot drink haha

Brew name: Cafe Mocha

Brew Blend: expresso and mocha syrup and some other stuff lol

Brew Brand/Makers: Starbucks

Size of cup: grande

Thoughts on Brew: it's been a really long time since I've had one of these but I really like it!

What's Brewin' On the Backburner:

Firstly, I came on here to talk about a change for some of my graphics but then I saw (belatedly) the changes Patreon made to the site and its layout.

So far, so good with Patreon's changes. It'll just take some getting used to visually I think.

Now, onto my graphics: I got an email today about Vistaprint Create -a free service they're offering to help you make social media content for your business. As I currently have used them for several of my stationery options for Patreon and personal use I'm very interested to check out this new feature! In the past, I've been using Adobe and have enjoyed it even though there were a few kinks and drawbacks. I'm interested to see what a new program is like and how it might help me gain new perspective!

Also, I've really been getting a lot of one-shots written recently (thanks in part to a Patron who is a great friend proposing numerous writing sprints when we're both available) and I've loved it. Am I making progress on big works? No, or at least mostly no, but I am getting in the habit of writing. And, I've noticed that the last couple days not writing I've wanted to make time to do so. I want these positive changes so I'm pleased by this.

Anyways looking forward to continuing progress. I normally announce new changes for the blog/site for the fall and I'm more than likely doing the same again this year haha so stay tuned!

Love, Britt xoxo

UPDATE SINCE THIS POST POSTED:haha I forgot all about the fact that I signed up for an "Author Summit" consisting of online videos. I hope to go through them this week before their expiry as the company wants me to pay to "keep" the videos and thus their knowledge. I'll let you know how they go lol I think it's mostly for those interested in the self-publishing sector but that's fine any tips are welcome for knowledge and information are power!
