And here he is! The myth, the legend...  Musco!

He may not be pretty, kind, just, or even slightly heroic, but he is the hero our world deserves...

"Most superheroes don't solve problems, they just band-aid them.  They wreck whole cities fighting evil, only to bring the villain(s) in for the law to process.  Inevitably  they escape and the cycle of destruction continues.  

The Punisher figured this out, but he leaves a mess behind, and he's not crazy about dealing with women unless they are murderers or worse.

Musco has none of these problems.  He exclusively deals with women, and all he leaves behind is some gross drool, and maybe some webbing.

In the event he isn't sure a demise is warranted, his capture and containment is far more effective than most, as both his webbing and saliva contain a very subtle toxin that nearly completely shuts down most mutations and superpowers.

Ignore the foul rumors that he sometimes preys on innocents.  These are merely the ramblings of those upset that he is out there solving problems instead of maintaining the status quo"
