all I'm saying is dean better watch his back because this is the spitting image of mr. steal your girl. you can't convince me otherwise. not only is the chemistry there already but this man READS. what more can you ask for 🤣 it was tough seeing lorelai and Luke argue as well 😭

The lake moment is so funny, even upon the umpteenth rewatch. :)

Love how you picked up on the vibe between Rory and Jess.

I dated a Jess. He was a reader. He had similar taste in books to Jess. He was a bad boy and I was a good little church girl who thought I could change him (I did convince him to take the AP English class with the rest of us who actually had plans for our lives.) Last I heard he had a couple of kids, wasn’t with the mother, and had a crooked tattoo of a barcode on his neck. He was an ass to me too and I don’t recommend. And it’s actually annoying when other people write in your books. I spent a long time erasing the pencil marks Neal made in my copy of House of Leaves

Milo (Jess) was just added in the credits this ep. Him, Dean, and Paris get added in from this point forward if they are in the episode.

Kayla

Also I could say so many things about Jess. But I’ll just stay quiet and let you enjoy the journey. He’s definitely interesting though

Ryann Rodkey

thank you for this! I was like I swear he wasn't in the credits before 🤣

Ryann Rodkey

oh wow! very interesting! I do feel like the whole writing in books really depends on the situation 🤣

Molly C

So happy we got to Jess. I honestly couldn’t remember when he came in so it was a nice surprise

Ryann Rodkey

ahh I'm so excited to see more of him! he's so moody 🤣

The opening credits change with every episode. Dean (Jared Padalecki) is only listed in the episodes he is actually in. Same goes for all of the other secondary characters! That's how you know who will be in that episode from the beginning!

Ryann Rodkey

Oooh very exciting! I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for that!

Whenever you see David Sutcliffe, you know Christopher is back! Milo Ventimiglia (Jess) went on to star in the tv show 'This is Us'! Fun fact... Alexis Bledel (Rory) and Milo actually dated in real life, and nobody knew until long after the series was over!

fire12wife

Scott Patterson (Luke) always says that's his favorite scene of the whole series! Love it!

I love how excited you get when the theme song comes on, your singing and hand movements are awesome, more of that please 😊

Oh lordy b, Jess Mariano is here 🫢🤭 My 16 year old self was obsessed! I loved your reaction to him writing in the margins, I was exactly the same (even now!)...Mr Steal-your-girl for sure 🤝🤣
