Thank you so so much! Yeah I saw the Nvidia presentation (Well points of it on Youtube). I'll be keeping my eye on the perfomance benchmarks this month! Currently running a 4090. Before that a 3090 and started this journey with a 2070 super. I think it all depends on what you want. I haven't bought the 3090 and 4090 for the vram. Because I'm not really looking at SD3 and Flux at the moment. Those models are simply too slow for how much content I promise you all every single day. I currently run PonyXL and 12GB would be enough for my needs. But the power the 4090 delivers is unmatched! So I went for it! If the reviews and benchmarks are good and it's a relatively cool card (40-50 degrees celcius) I think I'll buy the 5090 as well :D

Interesting! Thanks for the detailed answer :) Yeah I was wondering 'cause I'm looking at new cards but I haven't made up my mind yet. I'm currently on a 3060Ti with 8GB so I know I definitely want to beef that up (I don't do gaming but I do use a ton of art programs including the Video AI upscaler from TopazLabs). But the 5090 power requirement would likely mean a new PSU as well and I'm not sure I want to go around updating everything 😅 I never tried PonyXL though. I've only messed up with standard SD1.5 (often in the literal sense since I can't even train a bloody LoRa on it, all tutorials on YouTube are completely outdated, it's a nightmare ahahahah)
