(Feedback wanted!) 💭 Upload Changes & New Tier Idea ✨ (Patreon)

I wanted to give you all a little behind-the-scenes update and pick your brains for a bit 🧠✨ I was going to make this a simple poll… but uh… that clearly didn’t happen 😅 So I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts in the comments 💬💖

💡 1) Re-organizing the daily uploads

I always take the exit surveys seriously when someone unsubscribes, and I’ve noticed a small but clear trend 👀 A few people mentioned that the amount of daily posts (not images!) can feel a bit overwhelming and makes scrolling their timeline harder 📱💭

So here’s what I’m thinking 🤔✨Instead of multiple posts per day, what if we bundle things by Tier?

One post for the commissionOne post for everything visible in VanillaOne post for everything visible in SpicyOne post for the free members

This would reduce the daily posts from around 7 per day to about 4 (maybe 5, more on that below 😉)

Important note‼️👉 The amount of images will NOT change👉 Sets will simply be combined into single posts

I know it’s still a decent amount, but I genuinely don’t know how to compact it further without losing clarity 😭If you have ideas, PLEASE throw them at me 💡💕

💖 2) A possible new (and final 👀) Tier

Every time I upload a Petite or Voluptuous set, I get messages like:

💬 “Omg I wish she was petite!”💬 “She’s hot but I’d love a voluptuous version!”

And honestly? I get it 😌 Everyone has their own taste, and I love that passion 💕

So here’s my idea 👇✨I’m considering adding one new Tier where you get both Petite AND Voluptuous versions daily (In split zip files) 🎉 Both containing the characters in clothes, lingerie, naked, 18+ scenes and more. It will be +/- 60 images in total.

And this Tier will continue to grow 👀I’m currently still working on videos, and once those are ready, they’ll be included here too 🎥💕

Proposed Tier structure:

1️⃣ Vanilla Tier – $52️⃣ Spicy Tier – $7.503️⃣ Extra Spicy Tier – $104️⃣ Commission Tier – $37.50

I know prices everywhere are going up and I really don’t want to push anyone uncomfortably. That’s exactly why I’m asking you 💖

Would you happily upgrade to $10?Or does that feel like too much right now?

I would happily upgrade to $10 - particularly if (my little bugbear) there was the cockless version of the bad girl/stockings pics in the futa sets... Might be too big of an ask, and I would upgrade without that anyway. As for the amount of posts, I'm fine with it as it is, and I'll also be fine with it if you change.

Personally, I think the way the sets are organized is great, it prevents people from ending up with categories they don't like. Regarding pricing, will anything change concerning commissions tiers ?

I'm fine with ending up with categories I don't like. I always just download the full set and all I have to do is delete the one I'mm not into - which happens to pretty much every NSFW gallery as nudity is boring for me.

Thank you! The commission price will not change for existing members of the commission tier! But I might bump it up to 40 for new subscribers to the commission tier. I'm not sure about that! Being part of the commission Tier grants you access to the new proposed Tier as well.

"To be honest" :) But to further explain. For example. If we're going this route. The "Vanilla" post will get a zip for Regular/Lingerie/NSFW/18+/Bonus subset and the combined zip of all of the Vanilla zips. So you can still download exactly what you want

And I should stress that I don't dislike the futa pics at all. It's only that often the only pics that cater to my main fetish (stockings and lingerie, often covered by the bad girl set) are in the futa set for a girl. And I wish that it was both with and without cock for those outfits.

For number 1, I download the 'Full' file, that way I have everything. Otherwise, the 'commission' character file is also very convenient since all the images are grouped in a single file.

I'm fine with the fewer posts. I always only download the full zip and then simply unzip only the files I want, so cleaning up the timeline doesn't bother me in the least. As for the new Tier, if I understand correctly, it would encompass Vanilla, random spicy set, Futa and Voluptuous/Petite is that it? And I assume those of us in the Commission Tier would still get access to every tier below us, right? As for the prices, they seem fair. On my part the thing that still annoys me the most is the VAT thing, but that's not something that's your fault or that you can change so...😅

I don’t mind the extra scrolling but if the majority of people would prefer the number of posts reduced and more importantly, if doing so helps you keep more subscribers, then I’m all for this change.😊 As for the addition of a new tier, I’m all for it and for 2 reasons: 1)I’ll get to see Voluptuous pics more often and the videos that you’ll eventually be adding And 2)I’m already on the highest subscription tier, so it won’t affect what I’m already paying. For the 2nd, it is difficult to please everyone, there will always be disappointed people. Now, since you're posting a lot of "Regular-Lingerie-NSFW-18" images, why not put less in those sets and put more images in sets containing multiple sets like "Petite and Voluptuous". The number of images does not change, only the variety increases.

1) Yes, please. Fewer posts. Honestly it's kinda out of control right now. 😅 I think your proposed solution is the best way to manage it. 2) I will definitely not be upgrading to the next tier for Petite or Voluptuous. I just don't really care for those sets. I think your 'standard' sizes are just about perfect! (There's a Goldilocks and the Three Bears joke somewhere in this but I can't quite articulate it...) And the Spicy Tier is expensive enough for me right now. But, I do think it's a good Idea for those who like those sets!

1) With the Re-organizing the daily uploads, it is fine as long as there is still a Full Set.zip that has everything all in one. If not, then that is a problem for me. 2) Yes with the extra spicy tier so I can have Petite every day. :)

I like the idea of consolidated posts for sure. If we're talking making changes to tiers, my thought would be to break out the futa/tentacle/etc stuff into a different tier. I don't want to yuck anyone else's yum, but I know I'm not interested in those. But $10 is for sure reasonable IMO for what you described, I'd do that. Also is the commission tier still closed? I have one I am interested in, but the tier says "sold out"

First of all, 1) is fantastic! I love this idea as it would kill 2 of my complaints in one go. Those being, too many emails and too many download links to sort through. That is, assuming that the higher tier posts would include download links for the content in the lower tiers. As for 2), I can't say I really support this. As it is, I can barely afford the Spicy tier price and usualy only when it's on sale. A price increase to get all the content that I would have normally been able to enjoy at the Spicy tier is a no go for me. It's too expensive. Anyhow, those are my thoughts. Thanks for the honest post and asking the community.

To jump in on this topic, I agree that some bad girl futa pics are hotter than the others, but my main point I wanted to make is some of the pics are really great and they aren’t duplicated in the normal set. I like this idea. For 1, completely agree. Ironically, I was looking for a way to combine announcements when you post because they really do clog up the timeline and the message posts on the phone. So, I’m all for this improvement as long as the grouping stays the same within the full zip. For 2, while any increase is always something to look at, this is minimal and I’ll do it gladly to get voluptuous all the time across all sets (and be able to delete the petite when I want to). Having voluptuous with tentacles, lingerie, 18+, etc. is awesome. Here’s why I say the price is a good compromise to those wondering - some creators have given this away for free, not many and only to the highest tiers they offer. Others have increased the price by $10. I think that’s too much when you think of the yearly impact. So, $2.50 is very reasonable.

I fully subscribe this comment. For me, a post with the full set is enough. And I'm also able to be suscribed when there's a sale. Luckily the sales are frequent and I can stay here even several months in a row, and I'm happy to get profit of them. If you finally establish the Extra Spicy Tier, please offer sales also for that tier.

My 2 cents : I usually just download the full set file and ignore what i don't like. The clutter doesn't bother me. But if you want ideas ... I think a preview/free post would be appropriate, give us a heads up to whats coming tomorrow and the free pics. Then your main post with your regular zip, spicy zip, and full zip. Then a commission post. That would be 3 posts daily. On the petite/voluptuous tier option, just put a version into the regular and spicy categories if you can, if not just add it as a separate zip on the main post (i'm assuming peeps are goin to want their fetishes to have petite/voluptuous as well). Price increase ... more content more cost kinda goes hand in hand. I'm ok with it. You are asking this of us because of reasons peeps are leaving, FYI ... 1: I like em tight and physically fit so petite is my niche, but i feel you don't really care about petites as their sets are small and not really interesting compared to your voluptuous sets (so more petites is a win for me). 2: I'm not a big fan of hairy bush but in my estimation about 85% of potential pics that can show it are hairy ... maybe you could lower this to 50/50. 3: Sometimes you generate some amazing shots but the goodies get cut off at the edge of the picture ruining the shot. On the other hand your improvements are monumental, the models the faces the cameltoe and pokies are absolutely stunning, i can't wait for your videos. PS: the LINGERIE is what i want .......

Would love to have both petite and voluptuous as I quite enjoy both. I would definitely like to see the posts get more consolidated as looking at patreon on the phone things get cluttered up. As for price, as long as the increase is minimal I don't mind.

I'm not sure the issue of organization is really a "you" problem, as much as it is Patreon's clumsy UI. As one example, if I scroll too far and try to load too many images, sometimes it'll freeze and reset. And then I have to repeat the process. As far as "too many daily posts", it feels the same as, "oh no, my steak is too juicy, and my lobster too buttery" Everyone has different preferences. The mass amount of posts give a good chance you'll find something you'll like. And even if you don't, there's always tomorrow. Trying to hit everything from simple vanilla to tentacles isn't easy, but this is a pretty solid approach so far. However, separating some categories into a higher price point is likely going to alienate some people imo. Your work is extremely high quality, and if you feel this is the move for you, so be it. However, I'm not confident it will solve subscription issues. I feel it will instead just make some feel like they're slowly being priced out for preferring certain content.

Heya! I thought about doing that but there is a small problem with that sadly. By moving the Futanari and Tentacles, etc to the new Tier. I'm kinda forcing viewers to upgrade. And I don't really like to do that. When people downgrade from the commission tier it automatically loses the "Sold Out" status. At this point I can't up the number further. But when new spots are free and I see it. I always make a small reminder post about it!

I fully believe that by listening to the people rather than going through the analytics is the correct way. For multiple reasons. I know I can't make everyone happy this way. But I always try! Heya! Thank you so much for the feedback! Your suggestion about the posts doesn't work fully sadly. I can't add zip files for a higher tier in a post that is available for a lower tier. (Well I can but then everyone can download it haha). So as it stands now I'm forced to upload a Commission, Vanilla, Spicy and Free set (And "Extra Spicy" when the new tier goes live). This is still a lot. But it's at least a bit better than the 7 I post daily now. But I will see what I can do further after making these changes :D The bush thing I think is good to change. But it also depends on the character. I'll look into this! Thank you so much for the kind words! This current theme will be a nice one then! Since it's 2 lingerie sets every single day for 2 months! :D

But here's to hoping something like this will ever happen! :D I think I failed to mention 1 thing though. The Voluptuous and Petite sets for the regular Vanilla and Spicy tiers aren't going anywhere. I'm not removing those subsets from the pool so to speak. This is just extra for those who enjoy it. What I'll most likely do when a post already has a Petite set is that I might change it up a bit for the extra petite set. Or when there already is a Voluptuous set. Maybe for the extra make them even bigger. Something like that. But the subsets how they are now. Will stay in place! :D

I understand that sometimes you upload petite versions of a character, sometimes voluptuous versions, or sometimes neither. So you'll add a new level just for petite and voluptuous versions, which is always uploaded daily, but the rest stays the same, and that's why it'll be $2.50 more? I don't think so. It was already at $5, then I accepted $7.50, but I wouldn't like it, just for the few additional images. I'd need something more extra and new. But that's just my opinion; it's up to the majority to decide. If at the extra spicy level, you add an additional daily style of dildos, but also animal dildos, like a horse dildo, it would be more continuous and worth the increase to $10. Regarding the number of publications, it makes sense to group them into levels: one for vanilla, one for spicy, one for commission, and one for free. However, within each level, the compressed files remain separate, including the compressed file that contains them all, just as the files are now, but grouped into the four publications.

Honestly I would only pay an extra 2.50 if it removed "vanilla but with a different bust size" from the spicy tier, and if you didn't post individual zips for each subset I would have left last August due to the pain of constant file management when I often only want 1 or 2 sets out of the 5-6 sets per day. I'm aware I am lazy and an edge case, but that's the feedback I have and you did ask 🤷‍♀️

Heya! I get that! The new 10$ tier is something that will grow. Videos will be added there as well when I have that system ready! But it is in no way required of anyone to upgrade. That is entirely up to the viewer. And yes! The file structure will remain how it was. So you can still download the seperate zip files of subsets. And the full set.

Ah, that's just a personal gripe, and I think it might have been decided via poll last year so feel... even freer[?] than you already were to ignore my grumbling, but I have never considered the petite/voluptuous sets to be 'spicy fetishes' as breast size is a matter of taste (just like futa cock size is) and you're using pre-established *female* characters chosen via poll as your as your target material, so I would consider their 'Canon' breast size as already being decided on by poll. Yes I am being anal, no please don't stick that there 😜. I was really saying that I would pay extra for a 'spicier' tier that included another spicy fetish (other than those 2 which I don't actually consider spicy) if you feel like you don't have enough income per person. I will also say that if 2.50 for 1 more fetish per set isnt worth the added work, if it makes financials viable I'd do +15 for 3, +30 for five, etc 🤷‍♀️
