【ご報告】コンテンツの無断転載についてと今後の対応方針 | [Notice] Regarding the Unauthorized Reposting of Content and Our Future Response (Patreon)

今回は、皆さまにお伝えしておくべきことがあり、このようなご報告を書かせていただきました。

1. 発生状況の概要

2025年5月初旬より、Patreonで公開していたコンテンツが外部サイトに無断転載されていることを確認いたしました。

転載先は、Patreon上のクリエイターコンテンツを収集・掲載している非公式のサイトで、6月10日現在、5月末までに公開したすべての投稿が転載されている状況です。（有料会員限定コンテンツを含む）

こうしたサイトの存在自体は以前から認識していましたが、実際に自分のコンテンツが転載されているのを目の当たりにしたときのショックは非常に大きく、その影響で気持ちの整理や転載への対応に時間がかかってしまい、しばらく制作に支障をきたすこととなってしまいました。

支援してくださっている皆さまには、その間も変わらぬご支援をいただいていたこと、本当に感謝すると同時に、コンテンツの更新が止まったことに対して心苦しい思いも感じております。

2. 転載の状況について

投稿が即日（1日程度の期間で）転載されていたことも確認されており、当該期間中に実際に有料プランに加入していた人物が関与している可能性が極めて高いと見ています。

また、転載先に設けられた「LUNAcy Base」ページには400件以上のブックマークが付けられていることも確認され、一定の注目を集めてしまっている現状です。

3. 対応と調査

この件については、Patreonの運営にも正式に相談を行いました。

Patreon側としても、こうした第三者サイトへの対処には限界があり、即時の削除対応は困難であるものの、クリエイター保護の改善については継続的に取り組んでいるとの回答をいただいています。

現時点では転載されたコンテンツを削除する方法や新たな転載を直接止める手段はなく、私自身でできる自衛的な対策を進める方針としています。

4. 実施済みの対策と予定

現在までに行っている主な対応と、今後予定している方針は以下の通りです。

投稿画像へのウォーターマーク追加（URL＋転載禁止表記）

今後の配布方法の見直し（例：ZIP配布、古い投稿の段階的なアーカイブ化）

支援者様との信頼関係を前提とした運用ルールの見直し（過去投稿の閲覧範囲、特典の配布形態など）

画像の軽量化による表示速度の改善（現在は高画質PNGで投稿しており表示に時間がかかる場合がありますが、今後は画質を損なわない範囲でJPEGへの最適化を行う予定です。 高品質PNG版は別サイト＋パスワード付きの形式で保護・提供することを検討中です）

5. 支援者様への想いと今後の展望

今回の件は非常に残念で悔しい出来事ではありますが、支援してくださっている大多数の皆さまが、誠実な気持ちで応援してくださっていることは重々承知しています。

「ここでしか見られない価値あるコンテンツ」を、今後も自信をもってお届けできるよう、安全性と利便性の両立を目指して取り組んでまいります。

新たな運用方法や対策の内容についても、随時この場で共有していく予定です。

Today, I’d like to share an important update regarding a situation that has arisen, and how I plan to respond moving forward.

1. Overview of the Issue

In early May 2025, I discovered that some of my paid Patreon content had been reposted without permission on an external website.The site in question is an unofficial aggregator that collects and republishes content from Patreon creators.As of June 10th, every post made through the end of May has been reposted there.

Although I had been aware of the existence of such sites,seeing my own content appear there was deeply shocking and emotionally difficult.It took time to process the situation and respond appropriately,and as a result, I wasn’t able to focus on creating new content for a while.

To all of you who continued supporting me during that time,please know that I am deeply grateful—and I also sincerely apologize for the lack of updates.

2. Details of the Reposting

The reposts were appearing within a day of the original post,strongly suggesting that someone who had active access to paid content during that period was involved.

Furthermore, the reposted content has been added to a dedicated “LUNAcy Base” page on the external site,which now has over 400 bookmarks, indicating a certain level of unwanted attention.

3. Communication with Patreon and Current Status

I have officially reported the situation to Patreon Support.While they acknowledged the issue, they explained that they are currently unable to take direct action against third-party sites,though they are continuing efforts to improve protections for creators.

At this time, there is no immediate method to remove the reposted content or prevent further reposts,so I’ve decided to focus on taking self-protective measures that are within my control.

4. Current Measures and Future Plans

Below are the actions I’ve taken so far, as well as some plans I’m currently considering:

Added watermarks to posted images (including my URL and “Do not repost” warning)

Reviewing alternative content delivery methods(e.g., ZIP file distribution, archiving older posts over time)

Reevaluating platform rules and reward structuresto better reflect a trust-based relationship with supporters

Improving image load times by optimizing file size　→ Currently, images are uploaded in high-resolution PNG format, which can take time to load　→ Going forward, I plan to use optimized JPEGs that preserve quality while improving accessibility　→ Full-quality PNGs will still be made available via a password-protected external link for supporters

5. To My Supporters, and the Road Ahead

This incident is deeply disappointing and upsetting,but I want to emphasize that I fully trust that the overwhelming majority of you are supporting me with honesty and respect.

My goal remains to provide unique, high-quality content you can’t find anywhere else,and I’m committed to doing so in a safer, more sustainable way moving forward.

I will continue sharing updates as new systems and policies are implemented.
