[R+] [Video] [WIP] 動画テスト4本（揺れの研究）| 4 Video Tests (Physics Research) (Patreon)

最近は「AI動画生成」のクオリティアップに向けて、日々研究を重ねています。本日は、その試行錯誤の成果として、5秒程度の動画を4本投稿します。いずれも完璧なものではありませんが、エードさん、ブリッドさん、嫁Dさんをお楽しみください。

今回の研究で特に重点を置いたのは、以下の3点です。

絵柄の維持（私の作風を壊さないこと）

胸の揺れ方（物理演算）

全体の動きの滑らかさ、自然さ

今回のアップデート内容と課題

現在流通している多くの動画生成モデルは、実写をベースに学習されているものが多く、イラストに適用するとイラストの絵柄が大きく変わってしまうという悩みを抱えていました。せっかくの作品が自分らしくなくなってしまうのは、非常に寂しいことです。

そこで今回、動画生成システムを大幅に変更し、モデルも一新して再調整を行いました。 その結果、以前よりもかなり「絵柄の維持」ができるようになってきています。

※システムの変更に伴い、自動モザイク機能が使用できなくなったため、今回は手動で広範囲に加工を施しています。見づらい部分もあるかと思いますが、ご了承ください。

制作環境の改善：RTX 5070 Tiとタブレットの連携

動画生成における最大の壁は「生成時間」です。 我が家のメイン機RTX 5070 Ti をフル稼働させても、静止画なら20秒で済むところが、動画になると1本あたり5分〜10分ほどかかります。

試行錯誤の回数が増えるほどマシンを長時間占有してしまうのが悩みでしたが、先日高性能なタブレットを導入したことで、メインPCで動画生成を回している間に、手元で別の作業ができるようになりました。 これで、さらに効率よく研究を進められそうです。

今後の動画について

バニーエードさんが歩くシーンなどは、ぜひ以前の投稿と比較してみてください。キャラクターの絵柄が崩れにくくなっているのを感じていただけるはずです。

胸の揺れに関しては、より「柔らかさ」を表現したいのですが、納得のいく動きにはまだ至っていません。今日だけですでに数十本のボツ動画を生成しながら実験を繰り返していますが、理想の質感を目指して引き続き研究を続けます。

現在は5秒程度の短いものが中心ですが、長尺動画の作り方も少しずつ見えてきました。今後は制作過程（WIP）なども含め、積極的に進捗をご報告していきたいと思っています。

Hello everyone, thank you for your continuous support. This is Luna.

Recently, I have been conducting daily research to improve the quality of my "AI Video Generation." Today, I am posting four short clips (about 5 seconds each) as a result of my ongoing experimentation.

While they are not yet perfect, I hope you enjoy seeing Ade, Brid, and D: Killer Wife in motion.

In this research, I focused on the following three key points:

Style Consistency (Preserving my unique artistic touch)

Breast Physics (Realistic movement)

Smooth and Natural Motion

Updates and Challenges

Many of the video generation models currently available are trained primarily on live-action footage. A common struggle I’ve faced is that when applied to illustrations, these models often significantly alter the art style. It is quite disheartening when a piece stops feeling like "my" work.

To address this, I have completely overhauled my video generation system and readjusted everything with a brand-new model. As a result, I am now able to maintain much better style consistency than before.

Note: Due to the system change, the auto-mosaic feature is no longer available. I have applied manual censorship over a wide area for these clips. I apologize if some parts are difficult to see, and I appreciate your understanding.

Environment Improvements: RTX 5070 Ti & Tablet Integration

The biggest hurdle in video generation is the rendering time. While my main rig's RTX 5070 Ti can render a still image in just 20 seconds, a single video clip takes about 5 to 10 minutes at full capacity.

The more I experiment, the longer the machine is occupied, which was a major bottleneck. However, by introducing a high-performance tablet recently, I can now work on other tasks while the main PC handles the video generation. This has made my research much more efficient.

Future Plans

Please take a look at Bunny Ade walking and compare it with my previous posts. You should notice that the character's style is much more stable and less prone to breaking.

Regarding the breast physics, I want to express even more "softness," but I am not quite satisfied with the results yet. I have already generated dozens of rejected clips today alone while experimenting, but I will continue my research to achieve the ideal texture.

While I am currently focusing on short 5-second clips, I am starting to see a path toward creating longer videos. I plan to actively share my progress, including works-in-progress (WIP), moving forward.
