[R+] [WIP] 制作中のドレスエマさんを先行公開 | Sneak Peek: Emma in her new Dress (Patreon)
Content

I'm currently working on a custom model (LoRA) for Emma in her dress version, which was released in the game this month. The prototype is ready, and I've done some test runs, so I wanted to share an early preview with my patrons.
Her costume features a unique asymmetrical design, which can be tricky, but I think the reproduction is coming along very nicely. Please look forward to future works with this model!
Note: The attached image is a raw AI output without any editing. My usual finished works undergo manual retouching and post-processing.

[Production Note: The Pursuit of Quality]Here is a bit of technical talk. Feel free to read if you're interested!
As many of you know, creating consistent fan art requires a "Character Model" (like a LoRA) trained specifically for that character. While many models are available online these days, the quality varies, and I often find myself unsatisfied with the results.
I absolutely love Emma's new dress and wanted to create works of the highest quality, so I decided to build my own model from scratch rather than relying on public ones.
Since I was starting from scratch, I took this opportunity to completely overhaul my training workflow. I spent three full days on trial and error, focusing on:
Reseaching the latest training methods
Refining the dataset images
Optimizing captions and tags
Fine-tuning training parameters
It's still a prototype, but I'm very happy with the potential results.
Once this new "High-Quality Method" is established, I can apply it to other characters as well. My data for characters like Helm and Ade is getting a bit old, so I plan to update them using this new workflow in the future.
My goal is to create models with higher fidelity and greater flexibility. Thank you for your continued support and anticipation!
