少しずつ春の気配を感じる季節になりましたが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

3月に入りましたので、先月の振り返りと今月の展望についてお伝えさせていただきます。

1. 2月の振り返りと今後の課題

2月は合計30件の投稿を行うことができました。1月から継続して、更新頻度については一定のペースを維持できていると感じています。

一方で、無料公開の投稿と比較して、有料プランの皆さまへお届けするコンテンツのボリュームがまだ不足しているというのが私自身の率直な反省点です。今月からは、サポーターの皆さまにより価値を感じていただけるよう、限定コンテンツの充実を最優先に取り組んでまいります。

2. 【特典】2月投稿イラストの一括ダウンロード配布

日頃の感謝を込めて、2月に投稿したイラストの*「ノンクレジット・高画質PNG版」の一括ダウンロード*をご用意しました。

外部サイト経由での配布となりますが、ひとまず「当月限定」の特典として公開する予定です。準備が整い次第、改めて別投稿にてご案内いたしますので、ぜひチェックしてください。

3. Patreonショップ機能の追加と3周年記念画集

今年は私個人のAIクリエイター活動3周年という節目を迎えます。これを記念した*「3周年記念画集」の発売を目指し、Patreon内にショップ機能を追加*することにいたしました。

作品を形に残るものとしてお届けできるよう準備を進めていますので、楽しみにお待ちいただけますと幸いです。

4. 制作進捗：ベルベットのモデル再開発について

先日のアンケートで1位となった「ベルベット」の作品についてですが、現在、キャラクターモデルの再開発を行っています。

先日実施した「エマ」のモデル制作手法をベースに、さらにクオリティを高めようと試行錯誤しておりますが、いくつか技術的な課題に直面しており、当初の予定より少しお時間をいただいています。進捗があり次第、また共有させていただきますね。

5. 新たなコミュニティとハブの構築

より密なコミュニケーションと、情報の整理を目的として、以下の準備を進めています。

・有料会員限定Discordサーバー： 既存プランへの特典追加という形で検討中です。皆さんと交流できる場を整えていきます。

・公式Webサイトの開設： 各SNSに散らばっている情報を集約する「母艦」としてのサイトを準備しています。過去作の一部を閲覧できるギャラリー機能も搭載予定です。

6. 制作環境のアップデート

より高品質な作品（特に動画生成など）を安定して制作するため、作業用PCの一部パーツをリプレースしました。

ケース、マザーボード、電源ユニットを一新し、将来的なハイエンドパーツの増設にも耐えられる堅牢な構成としています。新しい環境で、さらに表現の幅を広げていきたいと考えています。

今月も、皆さまに喜んでいただける作品を一つでも多くお届けできるよう精進してまいります。

Hello everyone, this is Luna.

Spring is finally in the air—I hope you are all doing well.

As we enter March, I would like to share a reflection on last month and my outlook for the month ahead.

1. February Reflection and Future Goals

In February, I was able to share a total of 30 posts. Since January, I feel I have been able to maintain a consistent posting frequency.

However, reflecting honestly on my work, I feel that the volume of content provided specifically for paid members is still insufficient compared to my free posts. Starting this month, my top priority will be enhancing exclusive content to ensure all my supporters feel the true value of their subscription.

2. [Bonus] Bulk Download of February Illustrations

As a token of my gratitude, I have prepared a bulk download of the non-credited, high-resolution PNG versions of the illustrations posted in February.

These will be distributed via an external site and are expected to be available for this month only. I will provide details in a separate post once the preparations are complete, so please stay tuned!

3. Patreon Shop Integration and 3rd Anniversary Artbook

This year marks a major milestone: the 3rd anniversary of my journey as an AI creator. To celebrate, I have decided to add a Shop feature to Patreon with the goal of releasing a "3rd Anniversary Artbook."

I am currently preparing to deliver my work in a more tangible, lasting form, and I hope you look forward to it.

4. Production Progress: Redeveloping the "Velvet" Model

Regarding "Velvet," who took first place in our recent poll: I am currently redeveloping her character model.

While I am experimenting with the high-quality techniques used for my recent "Emma" model, I have encountered some technical hurdles that have caused a slight delay. I will share the progress with you as soon as I overcome these challenges.

5. Building New Communities and Hubs

To facilitate deeper communication and better organize my work, I am preparing the following:

Exclusive Discord Server for Paid Members: I am considering this as an additional perk for existing plans. I want to create a space where I can interact more closely with all of you.

Official Website Launch: I am preparing a "home base" to consolidate my information from various social media platforms. It will also feature a gallery where you can view a selection of my past works.

6. Production Environment Update

To consistently produce higher-quality works—especially for video generation—I have replaced several parts of my workstation.

I have upgraded the case, motherboard, and power supply to a robust configuration capable of supporting future high-end components. I am excited to explore a wider range of expression in this new environment.

I will continue to do my best to bring you as many high-quality works as possible this month.
