Told you guys I'd show you some of the stuff I'm working on. This is a Necron Warrior and some of their Scarabs. I'm learning a lot about painting as I make my way through these figures, and so far, I really like this hobby.

Eventually I'll get a better camera and a nice lit area to take better pictures.

Never played 40k but recently ended up down a few rabbit holes on the lore and it’s absolutely fascinating and horrific

I have yet to attempt to learn how to play and idk if I will yet lol. Like two weeks ago I started watching lore vids and decided I want to start painting and collecting. I want to learn the game but we'll see. I'm also reading some of the novels right now. The lore and setting is comprised of so much of my favorite shit ever so yeah.

(Sorry on the app and can’t figure out how to reply) from what I’ve seen it’s the perfect representation of sci-fi “everything is fucked and fuck you for existing”

mhfap

Currently I have 5 Standard Marines 1 Leader Guy for them 10 Hellblaster Marines Necrons- 10 Warriors 3 Scarabs 1 Royal Warden 5 Flayed Ones Orcs 10 Boyz 1 Ammo Runt 1 Painboy 5 Nobz 1 Boss Nob 1 Deff Dread

Its ok, its a common problem I've noticed. Yeah, it's all fucked up but if you've yet to learn about the Orks you should because they are absolutely hilarious and prove it's not all grim dark. I mean it still is but the Orks are so much funnier than other fantasy orcs

Tyler Potter

Oh the Orks are my absolute favorite. They are so dumb that they believe things will work so they do. Favorite story I’ve seen is that a group of soldiers were defending an outpost from an ork hoard and ran out of ammo so they started yelling “daka daka daka” which is the sound orks think human Guns make. The orks then started to fall over dead thinking they had been shot. (Also figured it out. You have to reply to parent comment and not the other reply)

For Sanguinius.

Alexander Groggett

As someone with a Shelf dedicated to them, the lore is truly fascinating and horrifying.
