Tiphanie Biledrop Character Design/Bio (Patreon)

The second member of Coye's gyaru bullies, the Baddest Bitches! Two more to go! Sorry that new character design is getting in the way of faster RotGM chapters. Right now I want to stockpile characters for Coye so I can more easily develop it in tandem with RotGM, so I kinda need to get some more done between chapters.

Patreon keeps scanning Tiph's Bio and saying it might not be in their guidelines (probably because of the D-word) so here's a link to read about her backstory and overview.
