- removed water and lava flags from river tool (use <block> now)

You might have to reset your: "plugins\FastAsyncWorldEdit\commands.json"
to see the updated command.

+ added command for revolve tool:

//revolve <amount> [start] [end] [heightDiff]

+ added command for revolve brush:

/brush revolve <amount> [start] [end] [heightDiff]

Start and end in degrees.

HeightDiff: Height difference between start and end.
