goBrush 1.13 dev build (Patreon)

 Please test this development build out and give me feedback! 

Fixed more issues:  

- fixed a lot of errors in console which prevented the plugin from working- goBrush sadly has to split into 1.12.2 and 1.13+ versions due to compability issues.

Fixed issues:

 - Now supports 1.13 natively (new blocks are supported). 

 - Optimized code a lot so it also works a lot faster in 1.12 

 - Minor text fixes
