I got requests to make the falling method, and chose to make you fall into the ocean for thie meditation, I hope you'll like it !

Method:

-Get comfortable
-Visualise a cliff and and ocean below
-Run and jump
-Let Yourself fall
-Think about someone from your dr saving you from the water
-Affirm "I am shifting to me (desired reality), please save me
-Affirm until you feel them pull you up, or untill you fall alseep
