Well, well, well... here we are at the end of May already 😌💫

How is everyone feeling? Honestly, truly. Drop an emoji and let me know. I've had a bit of a rollercoaster month— some beautiful highs and a few lows. But isn't that just life? Learning to hold both…

A few things I’ve been happening this month. Some family issues and work troubles have been getting me down. There’s been a lot of noise, and not a lot of peace and quiet for me to put in the effort that I wanted to with my audios this month. I get a little sad and frustrated because I feel like I’m not giving you the best of myself. But I keep saying that I shouldn’t be so hard on myself— some things are just out of my control. That you’ll all still be here waiting for me. So if you’re wondering why the audios seemed a little short this month that’s why.

But like always, I’m going to keep a positive mindset, and know that the next month is always another chance to do even better and feel better too ❤️‍🩹

Now, a question for you, my loves. What's one thing you want to leave behind in May? A worry? A habit? A fear? And what's one thing you want to carry with you into June? I want to leave behind the guilt of resting. And I want to carry with me the reminder that I am enough exactly as I am. So are you, by the way. Just in case you needed to hear that.

Thank you for being on this journey with me. For your patience. Your kindness. Your beautiful, beautiful hearts. June is coming. Let's make it wonderful together! 🌹

Love Always,

Ophelia ♥️

Leaving behind my old place, moving somewhere I hope to have a bit more personal space and privacy. Should be nice

I’m not feeling that great if I’m being honest. I still haven’t recovered from my last workplace laying me off. They brought back a show that I worked on last year but didn’t bring me back with it. It just hurts so much. Also, a girl that I crushed on picked someone else over me. It feels like I lost everything and everyone is ready to give up on me.

Well this week was quite the rollercoaster for me too, it drove me quite to the edge, but it seems that I calmed down a bit

Hello there Miss Ophelia. It's hard to believe it's already June. I'm sorry that you have had troubles this month but I know your strong and have come out the other side stronger still. I've had some big changes this month. My birthday came and went and now I'm sitting here in my new house. I know what it feels like to get buried in the noise. When that happens I take a bit to try and recenter myself. By either doing something that brings me joy or just focusing on my own heartbeat. I hope you find this helpful. Thank you for everything you do for us and I hope your having a wonderful day love you 😊💛

Wow… already almost June? O-O Damn… time really does fly away!! x3 💚 My May luckily was filled with some wholesome and happy moments! ^^ 💚 Of course, there were still some unpleasant moments but whenever life presents me with an obstacle, I remind myself of my favorite movie quote as well as my mantra in life: “It can rain all the time!” (If you're wondering, it’s a quote from the movie “The Crow” - 1994) which means, things can’t always go wrong in life! As to answer your question: one thing I want to leave behind (and that I probably should have left behind a while ago 😅) is my insecurities! As far as I can remember I always had self esteem problems, I always viewed myself as a worthless person incapable of doing anything good. But lately, I’ve started to believe a bit in myself! It may seem little, but it’s a beginning!😅Also, your phrase “I want to carry with me the reminder that I am enough exactly as I am. So are you” That was very much needed for me!!! 🥹💚 And also one thing I want to carry with me in June… It may seem silly but… I want to carry my love for art! Like I said, it may look silly but, I’ve started to look back at my drawings of 2/3 years ago, and I compared them to my more recent drawings and, weirdly enough I saw an improvement in my skills! (I said “weirdly enough” because for me it is extremely difficult to recognize that I am making progress in something! 😅) so in June I would like to learn even more on how to better my art skills and (hopefully) get better and better with each passing year! 😁🥰💚 Thank you for all the love and kindness you have brought to us all in yet another mouth! Hopefully the next one will be even brighter than the last one! 🥰🥰🥰💚💚💚 And as always: take care, and have a wonderful day! 😘🥰😍💚
