Hello, dear wonderful souls! ☀️ As I sit here, crafting new ASMR wonders for you, I'm sipping on my tea and pondering life's little joys. Speaking of which, I'm curious about your own daily rituals. What's something you do every day that brings you comfort or joy? It could be as simple as a morning stretch, a favorite snack, or a cozy read before bed. I’m trying to walk about in nature and not get stuck at my desk in the office!! 😅

Let's swap notes and maybe discover some shared rituals! 🌙✨

Yours always,

Ophelia ♥️

Day starts at 7 when my car wakes me up, and I get to eat after she does lol

Taking some time out of the office is major, I love that you’re doing that. Me personally, I usually take some time a little after getting home from work, putting some headphones on, and talking usually around 30 minutes to close my eyes and listen to some meditation music or some ASMR. Helps me relax after the day and gives me a bit of a refresh, especially after listening to your content in particular :)

Ballade

well, usually, I take 1 hour (or more) in the evening to chill and just listen to old songs i used to sing with my parents, either while drawing or while taking a stroll around the lakes where i live. it gives me a "end of holidays" vibe, feels like everything is simple and light, i find it really soothing ! and it really helps to get studies off my head and relax !

2 things mostly, my daily workout and my daily nap with asmr. Those two things have gotten me through so far this year and im doing pretty good. I wonder, what is you favorite kind of tea? ive always been a coffee guy but never found a tea i particularly like, and its daunting because theirs so many kinds. 😅🍵 btw I hope youre having a lovely day my dear Ophelia. 🐧🤗💖

So, something that brings me a lot of joy and comfort is oatmeal! Which I know sounds kind of odd but I’ll explain. I have an oatmeal mix that if done well (which I have down to a science lol 😆) tastes exactly like apple pie, which is something I absolutely love and it brings back a lot of fond memories! Also, its my depression and struggle meal. Meaning when I am to depressed/don’t have the energy to make an actual meal I make this! Which is awesome when you don’t have the energy to do anything! Also, it’s been one of the few things over the years that been consistently in my diet even when I was starving my self, binge eating, trying to figure out some normalcy, and everything in between! It’s nice to have something that is consistent, takes no energy to make, tastes amazing, is good for you (so I don’t feel guilty eating it), and is cheap! It fills every category someone could ever want And that’s exactly what it is, perfect ☺️❤️. And the fact that it is very cheap, oatmeal definitely helps when your a poor college student lol 😂. Another thing that always brings me comfort is ASMR. I can tell you for a fact that if I didn’t have Miss ophelia and Solar girl ASMR my sleep would be way worse!!!! You both are like Atlas carrying my sleep quality!! 💪 . Also, I just wanted to say your my apple pie oatmeal Miss Ophelia! ☺️ (not literally, obviously) but I try to give you compliments and none up till now haven’t felt exactly correct, until now! I cannot think of a higher compliment than that!!! 🫶🏼I hope you all have had an continue to have amazing week! ☺️ (also, sorry I wrote so long it happens every time lol 😂😅) Sincerely with all of my love, Parker 😊🫶🏼❤️🌹

My morning breathing exercises and meditation, cold plunges, and my afternoon siesta. I would say evening gratitude journaling as well, but I haven't been great about being daily with that. Good luck escaping the office for your walks.

Hey, i've been gone for a long time :3, my ritual is to just see some art of other people to give me some inspiration to animate.

I do commute to work often. But I do play on my Gameboy or read some books in my Kindle to escape from reality. Everyone has their own forms of escapism and it is okay if done in moderation

I like to listen to a good audio drama or audio book when I'm at work. At home, like to game, watch an old film, and occasionally write a story or plot to a story (on account a brainstorm activity a friend of mine likes to share every now and then)
